January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month
Human trafficking is not a new crime and has been around for hundreds of years, but now with so much awareness, we all should be clear about what it is and who it affects. If you are the victim of human trafficking, there is help for you, but you have to be willing to tell someone.
Our great story
Since 2017, we have been working on this project and it has gone through many processes to get to where we are today. As most non-profits, you start with a vision of how you can help people, we were no different.
Our Founder, Law Olmstead has over 35 years of investigative experience and is a missing persons expert handling a wide variety of cases. His vision of the Missing Persons Center is based on observations of not only his former cases, but other cases in the news and online.
Seeing there is a limited timeframe most cases can be solved in created an urgency to find a way to keep cases in the forefront of the news, social media and general public, became the mission and as of today, the center also offers volunteer Search & Rescue Teams and Investigative Support.
We can't do this alone
In 2021, we became an IRS Approved 501(c)(3) Non Profit Organization.
This means, if you support what we are doing and how we can make a difference, you can be part of helping us continue to grow and offer more needed services by donating. You donations are Tax Deductible.
Support us as we continue to keep missing persons cases alive, grow our volunteer support resources and build a strong network of investigative team members to fill in gaps when a case has gone cold, but we feel can be resolved.
Register for an account an explore the many features of this site and you will quickly realize we offer far more to the missing person community than simply profiling missing people.
