Jacob Paul Lipe was reported as a missing person on April 11th, 2023.
Jacob was last physically seen by family on or about January 22nd, 2023 in Harrison, Arkansas.
He was seen leaving in a white 2003 Ford F-150 with Arkansas Tags.
Jacob was in contact with family and friends via phone calls until March 4th, 2023 and via SMS text messages until March 8th, 2023.
No family or friends have had any contact with Jacob since March 8th, 2023.
Jacob was seeking employment opportunities in Kansas and law enforcement has reason to believe that Jacob spent some time in the state of Kansas after leaving home.
Information has been developed in this case which leads law enforcement to believe that Jacob may also be in the area of East St. Louis, Illinois. Jacob phone is no longer active.
Law Enforcement has been advised that his Facebook has been inactive as well.
