Aline Rivas-Vera (40) is wanted for international parental kidnapping in Platte City, Missouri. On 03/15/2006, law enforcement were notified  of Chloe Combe-Rivas being reported as taken to Mexico by her mother, Rivas-Vera. Open source information indicates Chloe was taken by Rivas-Vera without the consent or knowledge of her father. 

 On 06/28/2006, Aline Rivas-Vera was charged with international parental kidnapping in which a federal arrest warrant was issued by the United States District Court, Western District of Missouri.
