Charles Martin Vosseler (79) is wanted for the kidnapping of his sons, Charles Jason Vosseler and William Martin Vosseler from Rochester, New Hampshire, on 10/09/1986.
On 02/05/1987, Vosseler was indicted by a Strafford County, New Hampshire, grand jury at Dover, New
Hampshire, for two counts of interference with custody. A federal criminal complaint was filed on 04/03/1987, in the District of New Hampshire, Concord, New Hampshire, and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution (UFAP).
Vosseler has ties to Oklahoma, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida. (Open source information reports In Stillwell, Oklahoma in 1987, a woman he was seeing recognized the boys' photos on a missing child poster and called a hotline about it. Vosseler was using the name Dr. Charles Wilson. By the time authorities arrived to arrest him nine days later, he had burned his house, his car and some other possessions and fled. He was known to have been in Oklahoma in December 2006, but there has been no indication of his, Charles or William's whereabouts since then).
