Flora Mahmood (42) is reported in open source information to have taken her son, Mohammad Hussain Metla, Jr. from New York to Dubai on 11/06/2004. 

The primary custodial parent was the father, and on 11/06/2004, a Middlesex County
Grand Jury indicted Flora Mahmood for interference of custody issuing a warrant for her arrest. On or about 12/15/2004, reporting indicates Mahmood departed Dubai and traveled to Lahore, Pakistan, where she is believed to be residing
with her son. 

On 05/17/2007, a federal arrest warrant for Mahmood was issued in the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, Brooklyn, New York.
