Francina Dacanay Fernandez (DOB: 04/29/1970), is a wanted fugitive in the United States. She faces federal charges for international parental kidnapping. (Three boys Keoni, Lance and Mason - Fernandez).

On 12/09/2004, a state warrant was issued in California, San Diego County, charging Fernandez with
three counts of child abduction. A federal arrest warrant was subsequently issued on 02/04/2005, in US District Court,
Southern District of California, charging Fernandez with international parental kidnapping.
