According to open source information, an AMBER ALERT has been issued for missing person Brianna Rodriguez (2). Rodriguez ha reportedly been kidnapped by Gustavo Villalobos-Carranza (32). Villalobos-Carranza is wanted for kidnapping in the first degree and felony harassment.

Open source information also indicates Villalobos-Carranza may have already harmed the victim Rodriguez.
