Details of Disappearance

Kelly left Oscoda on Saturday January 21st 2023 at approximately 11:00am. Kelly was enroute to perform at Lounge 31 on Gratiot Road in Detroit. At approximately 5:00pm on Saturday he contacted his family, and told them he had arrived. He had also told family his performance had been cancelled, and he was going try and find another show to perform or visit with friends.

Kelly left driving a Gray Chevrolet Equinox. The vehicle has since been located a little over five miles from Lounge 31 by Warren Police.

Kelly’s mother, Lorrie Kemp, says she isn’t sure if her son ever made it to the performance as she hasn’t heard from him since he arrived in Detroit. She was able to track places he had visited using his vehicle’s OnStar computer, which showed it was at Life Church, Huntington Apartments and Londonderry Condos.
