Espiririon Colunga, age 86, was last seen near the 1800 block of Eastfield Rd. in Harrisburg around 3:30 PM on 11/10/2023. Authorities believe that Colunga may have been seen near SR 343 and SR 22 in Lebanon County around 5:30 PM. Colunga may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be in a confused state. He was last seen wearing a multi-color jacket, black pants and driving a maroon Toyota Rav4.
