Parents, investigators search for missing Lima man
It's been 70 days since the last known sighting of a young man from Lima. That's 70 days that his parents have been living a nightmare,not knowing where their child is, or if he's even alive.

CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
Open source information reports Joel Stephany (27) as last being seen on 08/27/2019. According to reporting, a friend picked up Joel from his apartment in Honeoye, NY and drove to Rochester, NY. Joel was dropped off or last seen around 7:30 pm on Clinton Avenue.
In the following days, open source reports indicate Joel Stephany did not return to his apartment and he was reported missing when the Monroe County Sheriff's Department became involved.
