Melanie Nadia Ethier was last seen by family or friends on September 29, 1996.

Melanie Ethier left a friend's home in the early morning hours to walk the kilometer back to her New Liskeard home. She was last seen on a bridge walking along the roadway, and no trace of her has been found since.
