Nathan  has the following tattoos: a skull on his right shoulder breathing out the words "Love Thy Neighbor" onto his chest, the phrase "It is what it is" across his collarbone/upper chest area, and a tattoo of a skull on the inside of his right forearm.

Left eyebrow and left ear are pierced, and he has small dog bite scars near his left temple. His head was shaved at the time of his disappearance, and he may have a goatee.

Details of Disappearance

Nathan was last seen leaving his residence in Tecumseh, Oklahoma on January 22, 2020. He left behind all his personal belongings, including his food stamp card, and has never been heard from again. Smith has been known to frequent the Shawnee, Oklahoma area.
