Terrika Evans was last seen by family or friends on December 22, 2023.

Unique Locke is believed to have been taken by her non-custodial biological mother, Terrika Evans, around 9 p.m. on December 22, 2023.

The incident occurred on the 7400 block of Ralston Avenue in Raytown, Missouri. Evans has attempted this before, and they believe she may have taken her to California.

The suspect took the child to Anaheim, California during a previous incident. They may be traveling in a black 2013 Nissan Altima with Missouri tags, license plate “JC1H9W.”
