AMBER ALERT -  The AMBER Alert has been activated by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff's Department for victim Celestine Stoot III, and suspect Celestine Stoot Jr. Celestine Stoot III is a one year old male last seen, on 07/04/2021, in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County.

Open source information reports Celestine Stoot III is believed to have been abducted by his father Stoot Jr. Stoot Jr. is a current homicide suspect, and described as 42 year old black male, 5-foot-8 and weighing 160lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Law Enforcement report he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Reported in open source information, Stoot Jr. is wanted in the killing of 43-year-old Natasha Denise Barlow, the missing boy’s (Stoot III) mother. 

UPDATE**Celestine Stoot Jr., 42, was found in Las Vegas at approximately 5:45 p.m. with his son, Celestine Stoot III, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. Law Enforcement advised Stoot would be booked into a Nevada County jail and be extradited to Riverside County. The child (Celestine III) was unharmed and will be reunited with his family.
