Details of Disappearance
Limited information available. Open source information identified prior missing persons case reported in July 2020 for Gabriel Cheever. That case was identified by NCMEC 1398044. The July 2020 case involved two other children (Noah Cheever, 10 and Isaac Merritt, 14). In the prior case, the Santa County Sheriff's Office was involved and the location Cheever was reported to be missing from was Milton, Florida.
Currently, Gabriel Cheever is reported missing as of 05/20/2021 from Tallahassee, FL. Open source indicates he may still be in the local area and/or travel to Auburn, California.
UPDATE - 9/2/21
An update to Gabriel Cheevers record was found on the NCMEC website https://www.missingkids.org/poster/NCMC/1429735/1/screen indicating he is now missing as of August 27th, 2021 and now he also has a tattoo on his forearm that says "Mommas lil boy".
There has been no reports of him being found from the case listed here and now it appears he has been reported missing again. We cannot get confirmation on why there is a discrepancy in the reporting on this case and that of his two brothers. We can't confirm they were ever located from the original case listed in July of 2020.

Am I the only one seeing this? The only pictures supplied on this child is very strange. He looks ill, starving and unhealthy or possibly deceased. Looks like he's laying in a vehicle with something like a sleeping bag to rest his head against the window, but has the sun on the other side of his face which would be uncomfortable as well. His eyes are sunken in and he looks lifeless. I've seen mention of these types of profiles on this site before where there is only one picture provided to reporting agencies and now I am seeing why it's so important to get more from the families than one picture.
Maybe police need to press harder for more pictures from the reporting family members. Does a lack of a photo with Gabriel's eyes open mean the family doesn't care about him or purposely did something to him and don't want to be of any assistance to police? There are a lot of questions on this one and reading he has gone missing twice before is not a good sign for this child.
Has anyone heard more on this case?
