***AMBER ALERT***12/06/2021

According to open source information, Law Enforcement officials of Lewiston, Idaho issued an AMBER Alert for missing 15-year-old Lillian Dixon, who may be in danger.

According to the Lewiston Police Department (LPD), Dixon is believed to with 36-year-old Jonathan Wayne Bowles, a non-complaint sex offender. Bowles is believed to have established some sort of relationship with Dixon and that “he convinced her to go along with any story to evade capture. ”According to open sources, Bowles has multiple felony warrants out for his arrest. LPD has reported Dixon as being last seen on Dec. 3 at the Lewiston High School library at 2:45 p.m. Her cell phone and laptop were left at the library. Updated information may indicate Dixon being seen as recently as 12/06/2021 near rural Columbia County, Washington near Starbuck or Waitsburg. 

According to LPD, Bowles is described as a white male with blue eyes and brown hair. He’s 6’2″ and weighs 235 pounds. He has scars on his right elbow and right forearm.

Some open sources of information indicate Bowels and Dixon may be on foot, in an unknown car, or hiding out. Bowles' vehicle has been located and abandoned just north of Waitsburg, Washington. 

Bowles may be armed and dangerous.
