Details of Disappearance

Clayton Daniel Reed was last seen by family or friends on January 18, 2024.

Clayton's wife saw him around 11:00 am on 17 January 2024 and last spoke to him around 3:00 am the following morning. Clayton had been struggling mentally in the days leading up to his 18 January 2024 disappearance. He also had not eaten for several days prior to his last known sighting and left the Magnet Cove, Arkansas, area on foot, leaving behind truck, keys, phone, wallet and watch. He had worn glasses and switched to contacts, however he had left those behind.

Tips indicated Clayton may have been traveling on foot or hitchhiking from Magnet Cove to Hot Springs, or waling along train tracks parallel Jones Mill. Other possible destinations in Arkansas where extended family live are Bonnerdale, Benton, Glenwood, Kirby, Murfreesboro, Nashville, or Mineral Springs.
