CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
A Rayville family is asking the public’s help in finding a missing relative.
Alex Earl Elder Jr., 51, of Fort Worth, Texas, has been missing since November.
“He came to Rayville to visit his mother, Bobbie Newman, in November,” Tilda Berry explained.
During the visit, Berry is suspected to have gotten into an altercation Nov. 25 on Ouachita Street in Rayville.
After being struck during the fight, he is thought to have run into the woods. His family has not seen him since.
Berry, who lives in Rayville, said Elder has not contacted her or his mother since his disappearance. Elder’s father, Alex Earl Elder Sr., who also lives in Texas, said his son has not contacted him either.
