CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
Anthony “Sam” Castillo is a U.S. Navy Veteran who went missing on January 22, 2018 while riding his fairly new blue in color Fuji brand mountain bike in the San Francisco, California area.
Anthony Castillo had mentioned that he may be going on a bike ride to the Golden Gate Bridge.
In September, 2017, Anthony Castillo had a cycling accident that had put him in the hospital.
His ride on January, 22, 2018 was the first ride since his accident.
Anthony Castillo was last seen at 4:48 p.m. on January 22, 2018, when he attended a walk-in appointment at the VA Hospital which is located in San Francisco. It is speculated that he attended the walk-in appointment after his ride to the Golden Gate Bridge.
Anthony “Sam” Castillo is 50 years old as of the date he went missing in January, 2018.
