There is a police issued missing persons poster from Coconino County, Arizona Sheriff's Dept. and in the article linked below it states McGinnis' vehicle was found 80 miles from where the Anne Arundel, Maryland police report it was found.

There are a few reporting differences with this case between the Coconino County Sheriff's Office and (NAMUS)
There is a missing persons poster issued by Coconino Sheriff's Office that indicates McGinnis as having Brown Hair and Brown Eyes, but NAMUS indicates he has Brown Hair and Blue Eyes.
Below is what was reported to NAMUS by Anne Arundel Police
He was last seen leaving home in Glen Burnie, MD around 3pm on December 21, 2023. His vehicle was located on shoulder of 89A near Page, AZ on January 3, 2024. It is believed the vehicle was there since December 30, 2023. There is an unconfirmed witness that states car was there since December 26, 2023. He is believed to be on foot without a specified destination.
Since McGinnis is NOT listed on the Arundel County Police Dept. Missing Persons section of their website, do they consider him to be "Voluntarily Missing"?
Arundel County also has not issued a missing persons bulletin on this case as of the date this profile was published.
