CIRCUMSTANCES OF DISAPPEARANCE
Jaliek L. Rainwalker was last seen on 11/01/2007 or 11/02/2007 according to some open source information. He was reported missing from his residence in Greenwich, NY by his adoptive father Steven Kerr. Some open source information identifies Rainwalker as having a strained relationship with his adoptive parents.
According to information provided by Law Enforcement, Rainwalker's adoptive father (Stephen Kerr) remains the key person of interest in the case. This information was reported in November of 2017.
Furthermore, Law Enforcement point out in media reports that Kerr was the last person with Rainwalker. While observing Kerr, Law Enforcement advised he exhibited atypical behavior for the parent of a missing child, he ran several errands prior to calling the police, and he refused to take a polygraph.
Kerr and his wife (Rainwalker's adoptive parents) were in the process of rescinding Rainwalker's adoption and insisted he likely ran off to Albany. Law enforcement also advised Kerr used his elbow to open doors and seemed cautious of where his fingerprints could be, as exampled by not touching the door of the police station.
