Mathew had taken a trip to the Dominican Republic in November and hurt his back. After returning because his back was so bad he was not able to work and close friends said “ matt wasn’t himself “. Matt loves his job as an assistant bar manager and has now been off work for almost 9 weeks. His female friend had been staying to look after him. She last spoke to him on Wednesday January 17th, but a neighbour across the street saw him leaving his apartment the next day on Thursday January 18th, later in the afternoon. He was last seen walking towards “ downtown “ Carleton Place. He doesn’t drive or have a license/car. He was seen on foot. He has not been seen since. The female friend claims to not have spoken to him, after Wednesday and went by on Saturday and noticed my brothers dog was alone and he had peed/pooped several times in the apartment. Moe had no food or water either. That is highly unusual to leave his dog alone .
