According to open source reporting, Melissa Fu was last seen on 11/22/2019 in Irvine, CA. She may be in the company of her mother, Amber Aiaz who also goes by Mei Yi Wu.

Law Enforcement indicated at approximately 6:00 p.m. on 11/19/2020, Fu and her mother were at their residence located
in the area of Michelson Drive and University Drive in Irvine, CA, prior to being reported missing. Law Enforcement also indicates their being suspicious circumstances surrounding their disappearance. (Melissa Fu was approximately 12 years old at the time of her disappearance. She would currently be approximately 14 years old).

Two people were seen in the vicinity of their residence near the time of their disappearance and had been sought for questioning. The unknown individuals are possibly associated with a black Cadillac, unknown model. They are described as follows: A Chinese female in her 40s, approximately 5'8" with an average build, and black hair worn in a bun.
A Chinese male in his 40s, approximately 5'10", weighing 190 pounds, with an average build, and short black hair.
