Terms of Service Agreement for Sponsorship Programs

Effective Date: February 27th 2025

1. Introduction Welcome to the sponsorship program of the Missing Persons Center (“MPC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating as a sponsor, you (“Sponsor”) agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (“Agreement”). This Agreement governs your participation in our sponsorship programs and outlines the rights, responsibilities, and expectations of both parties.

2. Eligibility for Sponsorship

  • Sponsors must be individuals or legal entities in good standing.
  • We reserve the right to review and approve or deny any sponsorship application at our discretion.
  • Sponsors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to charitable contributions and sponsorship agreements.

3. Sponsorship Benefits

  • Sponsors will receive benefits as outlined in their selected sponsorship package, which may include logo placement, promotional acknowledgments, and other perks.
  • The scope of benefits is subject to change at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided.

4. Payment Terms

  • Sponsorship fees must be paid in full upfront or according to an agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.

5. Sponsor Obligations

  • Sponsors must provide accurate and lawful information, including business names, logos, and promotional materials.
  • The use of MPC’s name, logo, or other intellectual property is only permitted with prior written approval.
  • Sponsors may not make misleading claims or misrepresent their relationship with MPC.

6. Use of Sponsor Information

  • By participating, sponsors grant MPC the right to use their name, logo, and promotional materials for sponsorship-related marketing purposes.
  • Sponsors acknowledge that their involvement does not constitute an endorsement by MPC of their products or services.

7. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement remains in effect until the end of the sponsorship period or until terminated by either party.
  • MPC reserves the right to terminate sponsorships at any time for breach of these terms, reputational concerns, or any other reasonable cause.
  • Sponsors may terminate their participation with written notice but will not be entitled to refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • MPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the sponsorship arrangement.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or levels of engagement from sponsorship placements.

9. Confidentiality

  • Any non-public information exchanged between the parties as part of the sponsorship shall be kept confidential.

10. Amendments and Modifications

  • MPC reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Sponsors will be notified of material changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
