Details of Disappearance

Olivia Samantha Fowler was last seen by family or friends on August 13, 2021.

Olivia Fowler left the area of Short St., located in Manchester, GA. at approximately 0800 hours on August 13th 2021 traveling foot.

Olivia was observed walking on Newton St at approximately 0830 hours by a resident heading toward Shirey Rd.

At approximately 1030 hours a Georgia DNR officer saw Olivia walking on Pebblebrook Rd. as did a resident of the area. At this time Olivia had not been reported as missing and according to the DNR officer, she did not appear to be in distress.

There has been no contact with Olivia since the above sighting.

Fowler has ties to Meriwether County, Harris County, Talbot County, and Upson County, Georgia
