On 8/23/20 at 11:30 pm Daniel Villarreal and his live in girlfriend went to pick up her mom after she called for a ride. 

His girlfriend came home around 12:00 noon on 8/24/20 saying that Daniel committed two hit and run accidents and left her in the car. He supposedly fled on foot never to be seen or heard of again. 

The girlfriend said they came home around 2:00 am but no one was home.  She said Daniel was not comfortable at home alone so they decided to wait in the car. The neighbor came over, Daniel did not want to talk to him so he drove off leaving the neighbor standing in the yard. 

They went to the quality inn where their friend had a room then drove all night until he hit a car then fled, he then hit another car and fled on foot. 

Because of her behavior I requested a copy of the police report and it says the driver of the car was a 6 ft tall 200 lb 50 yrs old maybe older. I asked the neighbor if he recalled that night he said yes. The girlfriend drove up with an older man in his 50s, he was bald and stalky, possibly her dad. The neighbor asked where Daniel was and she told him he was at his sisters house. He said she went inside while the man was on the phone. When they left the man was driving the car.
