Details of Disappearance

On September 15, 2010 Glen Wesley was a patient at the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital, 4700 Hwy11 N  Ontario, Canada. Glen was given permission to leave the building at approx 1 pm. It was his 28th birthday. He did not return at the designated time of 2:15 pm. Glen was reported missing to North Bay Police when staff did not  locate him during a search of the hospital and surrounding grounds.
