Details of Disappearance

Andrew Chase Castillo was last seen by family or friends on September 19, 2022.

Andrew Chase Castillo was taken to The Dallas Veterans Medical Center, located at 4500 S Lancaster Road in Dallas, Texas, in Dallas County, 75216 by Waxahachie Police Department in Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas 75165 September 9th, 2022, after Andrew had made a call to the Suicide Hotline.

I had called Waxahachie Police Department in an attempt to have them do a Welfare check on my son at a hotel he had been staying at, when Waxahachie Police called me back in regards to the welfare check, they had informed me that they had taken my son to the Dallas Veterans Medical Center and was admitted into the Mental Health Care, Behavioral Health Department, after receiving information from the Suicide Hotline of a possible suicide attempt situation.

I have not been able to obtain any information from The Veterans Medical Center regarding Andrew other than he was no longer a patient there, I received that information on September 17th, 2022 from the Veterans Medical Center after calling the Main Phone Number listed on the website.

We have not had any direct contact since September 9th, 2022, we reached out to friends of his and our family and nobody has seen or heard from him.

My son has never gone this long without contact with anyone, usually, someone has heard from him whether in Person, via Social Media, or by Phone Call/ Text Message
